From awareness to wisdom.
From feeling stuck to possibility.
A spirit-guided approach to exploring the roots of your experience and reconnecting with your own inner truth and understanding.

What does “spirit-guided” mean?
For Lazaros, Spirit is a source of guidance and connection to something larger than the thinking mind. His work draws on shamanic journeying to connect with your source for deeper awareness and transformation.
You might encounter images, feelings, memories or sensations during the exploration. Together, you consider what these experiences mean to you, how the insights may relate to your life, and you can then choose to transform them into life lessons, wisdom and empowerment.
There is room to ask questions, share uncertainty and discuss what feels comfortable. An introductory conversation is a place to learn about the spiritual nature of the work.
Discover the understanding within the experience. Embody the transformation.
Transmutation is Lazaros’s term for working with the source of an emotional state, a pattern, or a constant thought, exploring the lesson it may hold, and stepping into a healed and empowered way of being.
Notice what is present.
Begin with what brings you here: an emotion, a recurring pattern, a transition or a question. Explore your intention for the work.
Listen more deeply.
With Lazaros’s guidance, explore the source of the beliefs, emotions, experiences, or patterns, and the understandings and feelings that emerge.
Bring wisdom into life.
Embody the insights, the lessons and the resulting new state-of-being. Practice carrying it into daily choices and life. Continued reflection, observation and guided practices support this process.
Awareness, understanding, healing, transmutation, wisdom and empowerment describe the intention of the journey. Each person’s experience is different. Each journey is different.
Your journey.
Your participation.
Your pace.
This is a collaborative process. You bring your intentions, curiosity and willingness to explore; Lazaros brings guidance, experience and attentive presence.
Some people come with a specific concern. Others seek ongoing personal and spiritual growth. The number of sessions depends on your situation and what you choose to explore.
Spiritual healing and coaching do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and are not a substitute for professional care.
Do I need experience with spiritual work?
No. You can begin by discussing your questions with Lazaros. The introductory conversation gives you space to understand his approach and consider whether it fits your needs.
Can we work together virtually?
Yes. Individual sessions are available virtually. Ask about practical arrangements during your introductory conversation.
What happens before a first session?
Begin with a complimentary 20–30 minute conversation. You can share what you are seeking, learn about the process and discuss a possible next step.
Let’s explore what brings you here.
There is no need to have it all figured out before reaching out.
